Lee Hansen - CEO, Systems Integrator, Network Engineer - Lee Hansen is IBM System x Certified and has been involved in virtualization / cloud technology since the birth of VMware. Mr. Hansen worked as a network engineer and systems administrator for over 10 years with Emergency Computer Service, a company he both owned and operated. Mr. Hansen has spent last 5 years working as a remote Linux Systems Integrator for several major US based enterprises. "After a tour of the GTE Data Center in Tampa I knew that data centers were the place for me." Over the past 2 years Mr. Hansen has acquired Dialectic Networks llc, secured many contacts within the data center marketplace, seeded his company and positioned said company to ride at the front of a paradigm shift in data center technology. The IBM PMDC, cloud computing and Open Source Software adoption are this "paradigm shift". "Its so rare to be at the very edge of technology. Being able to sense a massive change and capitalize on it. When I consider the brilliance of my technological peers it makes me very proud." Thanks to Mr. Hansen, Dialectic Networks was the first IBM Reseller to actively market these combined technologies in the world! Mr. Hansen is an avid mountain biker, entrepreneur and lives in Osprey Florida with his Fiancée and a Basset Hound named Georgia.
Landi Carfi – CMO (Chief Marketing and Sales Officer), A top performer who is both dynamic and passionate about exceeding quota attainment and increasing market-share, with over 20 years of experience in penetrating and opening new high-tech markets. Skills combine a background of successful long engagements in enterprise sales and business development at corporate leaders like Hitachi, EMC, Intel, Wang and F5 Networks, combined with small company start-up experience at Inference, Novadigm, LionBridge, and Copan. Achieved 100%+ sales goal results in software, hardware, and consulting technology solutions and proven skills in strategic thinking, planning, project management, building executive client relationships, and negotiating high volume sales. Always planning for the future, looking for long-term engagements where current and future relationships will lead to an immediate positive impact to increase revenues. Mr. Carfi is the key to successfully marketing of the TWDC and Dialectic Networks products and services.
George Emigh - CIO, Webmaster, Network Engineer, With well over 20 years of Computer and Network Engineering experience George was a perfect fit for Dialectic Networks LLC Starting out as a host for a Bulletin Board System which he administrated for over 10 years, then on to Computer Land, where he served as a Support Specialist and received training from companies like: HP, Novell, IBM and Compaq. After which, George opened Access Unlimited, a locally owned Internet Service Provider, where he was responsible for all network and system design, implementation and diagnostics including all customer phone technical support. George Emigh previously worked as a consultant, developing web based applications and administrating numerous Linux Servers from around the world.
Curtis Jonnie – VP of Native Affairs, Curtis Jonnie, is a Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation man from southern Manitoba, Canada who has successfully synthesized his unique cultural experience into a broad understanding of the world around him. He’s a renaissance man of extraordinary ability, understanding and drive. Mr. Jonnie serves as Vice President of Native Affairs with Dialectic Networks LLC, and resides in Longboat Key, FL. His background includes 30 years of entertainment industry experience as a recording artist, producer, agent, and cultural arts administrator. For the past 15 years Curtis has applied his impressive business, and communication skills as a Senior Economic Development Officer, and Public Relations Director for numerous First Nations/Tribes. This activity helped Curtis create a wealth of major contacts within the Indian Gaming Industry Tribes, and beyond. Whether raising investment capital for economic ventures, or promoting businesses, Curtis is a very important asset to the Dialectic Networks LLC team. Curtis enjoys music, health and wellness, and golf.
Jeff Conn – Project Manager, Hardware and Software Engineer, Jeff has over 20 years experience in embedded real time software design and project/program management. We begin with Jeff's military career holding, the rank of Captain working as Chief of the Technical Services Division, Air Force Office of Special Investigations where he Directed the efforts of five technical special agents in support of criminal, fraud, counter-intelligence investigations and protective services activities for the USAF and DoD with a Top Secret/SCI clearance. From the US Air Force Jeff worked as a Design Engineer for SPC Technologies and Computerized Elevator Controls. Then on to Software Engineering for Companies like Edwards Systems Technology, MaxxAir, Teleflex Electrical and Cisco Systems. Currently Jeff divides his time between working for General Electric, designing fire suppression systems and software / hardware design for his company Six Degree's Designs, Inc.
