    • In this industry a majority of the leads are generated through in-bound requests for information and quotes. The hosting industry highly leverages on-line advertising campaigns. In addition, a mechanism for ordering Cloud computing instance time and storage needs will be made available on-line as is the case with competitors in this space.
  • Direct/Outside
    Direct sales assist services through rebranding will focus on:
    • Fielding in-bound leads/requests for quote from the website and phone
    • Leveraging political contacts to acquire Fortune 500 clientele
    • Locating and contacting managed services opportunities
    • Targeted start-up companies/Scientific/Governmental computing needs
    • Targeted Industry groups
    • Campaigns: On-line, email, calls and in-person
    • Direct sales will consist of regionalized sales teams, or sales Pods, with leads from corporate marketing efforts, customer referrals, and salesmen rolodexes. For every 10million in expected revenue, a team consisting of a sales manager, 4/5 experienced salespersons, plus 2 SE's and an inside salesperson will be deployed. This sales Pod, together with marketing dollars for demand creation, will insure successful sales of the Cloud. The strategy may also include a centralized enterprise sales team for targeted specific markets.
